Description
PREPARATION
Malteco 15 Years Reserva Maya matures in special climatic conditions at 2,300 meters in the highlands of Guatemala. Guatemala's sugar cane plantations are known for their excellent quality, which is reflected in the format of the rum. Malteco Rum is made from sugar cane juice after the first pressing through continuous distillation and then matures for 15 years in exquisite oak barrels. The long aging in barrel gives it notes of vanilla, as well as tones of wood and tobacco.
TASTING
View: Deep amber color.
Nose: Subtle notes of sweet fruity aromas.
Mouth: On the palate it is very soft, round and sweet, with notes of vanilla and coconut, the aftertaste is long-lasting and slightly chocolatey.
