Description
PREPARATION
Havana Club 7 Years is a dark rum matured in ex-bourbon barrels, it is an example of the natural and intense flavors of Cuba.
The rums that make it up have aged from 7 to 14 years in oak barrels, and part of each blend is put back into barrels for aging with a view to subsequent productions. This process is called "continuous aging process" and it began to be used in 1960 by the Cuban Rum Masters, who with it opened a new chapter in the history of rum.
TASTING

Nose:
Nuances of aromatic tobacco and sweet tropical fruits from the Cuban garden, molasses, spices and vanilla from the long aging.
Mouth:
Flavors reminiscent of orange immersed in finely ground coffee. Notes of bitterness and sweetness combined with mastery.
