PREPARATION
Flor de Caña 12 Years Rum is distilled from sugar cane with 100% renewable energy and is aged naturally in the shadow of an active volcano in Premium bourbon barrels for 12 years, which makes the rum acquire its unmatched texture, flavor and aromatic complexity. Flor de Caña is Nicaragua's Super Premium rum and is committed to social sustainability and the environment. With 130 years and 5 generations of family history, their rums are distilled with 100% renewable energy and aged naturally without sugar, artificial ingredients or accelerants and is gluten-free. Therefore, it has Carbon Neutral, Fair Trade and Kosher certificates. The brand plants 50,000 trees every year since 2005 and its production is carried out in accordance with more than 300 labor, social and environmental standards. For each bottled bottle sold, workers earn an additional bonus that they can invest in community projects of their choice (health, education, environment...).
TASTING
View: Pleasant reddish amber color, full body.
Nose: Aroma of red fruits, honey and toasted nuts.
