Description
PREPARATION
El Dorado 15 Years matures in oak barrels for at least 15 years and is then artfully blended with Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills, the Port Mourant double wood still and the Versailles single wood still. Drawing on 300 years of craftsmanship, passion and wisdom, the legacy of El Dorado rum making is world-renowned. With their original distillation equipment and heritage stills, they combine the traditional with today's technology, capturing every ounce of their rich history in the full expression of their rums.
