El Dorado 12 Year Old Rum matures in oak barrels for at least 12 years producing a rich and diverse spirit. Blended to perfection with a combination of Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot. Drawing on 300 years of craftsmanship, passion and wisdom, the legacy of El Dorado rum making is world-renowned. With their original distillation equipment and heritage stills, they combine the traditional with today's technology, capturing every ounce of their rich history in the full expression of their rums.
TASTING
View: Intense amber color.
Nose: Lush aroma of tropical fruits and spices with hints of honey and brown sugar.
Mouth: Round, smooth and full-bodied with rich fruit and spice flavors. The finish is delicious, elegant and dry.
