PREPARATION

Centenario 7 Years Añejo Especial is made from a special blend of aged rums, created using an artisanal method and matured in Lowlands American oak barrels, which give it nobility, great body, texture and flavor of honey and oak.
All Centenario Internacional rums are made by Costa Rican hands, with pure water from the central volcanic mountain range. They are aged in the only rum winery in Costa Rica, immersed in nature, and strategically located in a forested area of San José that, being surrounded by rivers and trees, maintains optimal levels of freshness and humidity.

TASTING

Nose:
Pleasant smell of honey, red apple and wood notes.

Mouth:
Slightly sweet, smooth, with honey, smoky, dry, fruity, herbal and woody notes.
