The passage through the different woods and the location of the winery in the mountains of Quezaltenango, at an altitude of more than 2,300 meters above sea level, give the rum great complexity, sophistication and splendid maturity, qualities that make it essential for lovers of this type of distillate.
TASTING

Deep mahogany color with rays of reddish light.
Nose:
Elegant and expressive. Notes of wood, cocoa, vanilla and caramelized aromas, followed by maple syrup, red fruits and spicy perfumes.
Mouth:
Robust and succulent palate; dry and explosive. Elegant notes of caramelized fruits, maple syrup, spices, cocoa and delicate red fruits. Long, caressing finish.
