Description
PREPARATION
Bacardi Spiced is made with aged rum aged in charred American oak barrels, which gives it a smoky touch. Rum is made with only three ingredients: sugar cane molasses, yeast and water. The ingredients are fermented, then distilled, aged, filtered and blended. Spiced rum is often aged as much as dark rum, but spices and caramel coloring are added.

Aromas of vanilla and cinnamon.
Mouth:
Sweet and spicy palate. Caramel-like vanilla flavor with subtle notes of almond and dark, dried fruits rounded out by cinnamon, nutmeg and a touch of honey that creates a balanced rum with a smoky touch. Finish of black pepper and sugar.
