PREPARATION
To make Bacardí Carta Fuego the rum from a distillate of sugar cane molasses fermented with yeast and water, is aged for a minimum of one year in burnt oak barrels, mixed and filtered through charcoal, to finally combine it with a secret recipe of natural aromas and spices, which give it an intensely smooth flavor.
TASTING
View: Bright reddish brown color.
Nose: Tropical and spicy aromas with a smoky background.
Mouth: Smooth and spicy flavor accompanied by notes of tropical fruits and a light smoky touch.
