Description
PREPARATION
Created in 1862, Bacardi Carta Blanca is the original rum, perfect for mixing and light in body, made with just three ingredients: sugar cane molasses, yeast and water. The ingredients are fermented, distilled and aged for one to two years in carefully selected American white oak barrels. After the aging process, the rums are blended and undergo a second charcoal filtration process through a secret combination of charcoals to achieve a clear-colored rum with a distinctive smoothness, making it perfect for classic rum cocktails.

Nose:
Aromatically balanced, with notes of almonds and fruits.
Mouth:
Light, smooth and creamy on the palate with subtle notes of almonds and lime complemented by hints of vanilla. The finish is dry, crisp and clean.
