PREPARATION
Bacardi 8 Years was created in 1862, for seven generations it was part of the personal winery of the Bacardi family. Produced with column distillation, it is the most exquisite dark rum, which is aged for 8 years in small oak barrels to obtain a smooth rum, with an exquisite and unique flavor in which touches of plum, nutmeg, apricot and vanilla stand out.
TASTING
View: Amber color.
Nose: The nose is fresh and perfumed with notes of oak, a little syrup with a note of fennel.
Mouth: Sweet on the palate, with a nuance of tropical fruits and spices. Its flavor is smooth, rich and very complete with a long and expansive finish.
