PREPARATION

Arecha Elixir rum is manufactured in Santiago de Cuba, recognized as the birthplace of light rum since 1862, from aged bases and prunes. It is a land of special aromas and colors, where the mix of everything Cuban achieves a singular expression. The guarantee seal present on the bottles attests to the quality and origin of their rum. This seal is granted only by the Cuban government to guarantee that the production of the products was carried out in Cuba and thus prevent counterfeiting. Cuban Arecha rum dates back to José Arechabala, at the end of the 19th century, near Havana. As time went by, this rum was forgotten until the Cuba Ron Corporation revived the tradition of Ron Arecha, also known as the forgotten pearl of the Caribbean. For Arecha, sugar cane from the Sierra Maestre mountain is used, from where the best quality cane is obtained.

TASTING

View: Dark amber color.

Nose: Round aroma with a great balance between alcohol, raisins and wood.

Mouth: Sweet flavor with notes of plums.
