PREPARATION
On February 1, 1968, the first stone of the current Antioquia Liquor Factory was laid, during the mandate of Dr. Octavio Arizmendi Posada, on land purchased by Governor Mario Aramburo. Dr. Fabio Ortega Arbeláez was one of the main promoters of the plant. The optimal planning of the factory construction is due to its dynamism and futuristic vision. Construction was completed in 1970 and on April 13 of the same year the new plant was inaugurated. At the national level, the Antioquia Liquor Factory is considered the first liquor store in the country. Its production systems, the quality of its products, the sound administrative criteria of its governing bodies and its sales volume have made it the leader of the industries in this field in Colombia.TASTING
