Description
PREPARATION
Beefeater Burrough's Reserve is a gin carefully distilled in one of James Burrough's original 1800s copper stills. It is based on the original Beefeater recipe and then aged after distillation through a unique process in French Lillet oak barrels hand-picked by master distiller Desmond Payne. The result of the rest period is a remarkable transformation, imbuing the gin with the subtle characteristics of oak and residual Bordeaux red and white wines.
CATA
View:
Light yellow color.
Nose:
Mild oak spices, balanced by the sweet, fresh aroma of juniper and citrus.
Mouth:
The rich spice of juniper translates into the softer notes of oak and shows a hint of dried fruit and licorice in the finish. Long and complex, the flavors continue to develop on the palate.
