Raimat Turons de La Pleta is a white wine resulting from the expression of specific terroirs of its estates. Small productions of high quality wines with their own personality. Selected corners of the best vineyards arranged on the slopes of the Raimat hills. Pruning and esperguras are minimal, giving small and very intense grapes, which in turn give wines as unique as this one. Perfect complement to dishes containing white meats, fatty fish, seafood, ceviche, rice, smoked dishes and cheeses of great character.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay. Turons de La Pleta has a selective manual harvest of the best plot of this turó, which is an elevation of the land, and of it only the optimal area for this product. The grapes are collected at night, taking advantage of the lower temperatures to preserve all their aromas, in 10 kg boxes to prevent the grapes from oxidizing and are quickly transported to the winery for processing. Cold maceration is carried out prior to pressing, natural clarification at low temperatures for 24-48 hours and controlled fermentation. The final fermentation is carried out in a French oak foudre. Once finished, it is racked to remove the thickest lees, leaving the fine ones to, through weekly battonage in the first months, provide texture and complexity to the wine. Subsequent aging for 12 months in French oak foudre without the impact of toasted wood, seeking to preserve the fruit in a long-aged wine.

Bright yellow color with greenish reflections.
Nose:
Elegant and fresh. Intense nose in which aromas of peach-type stone fruit and white fruits predominate, highlighting ripe apple.
Mouth:
Friendly, balanced and fresh entry, highlighting its volume and texture given by aging in foudre. Very expressive wine that maintains the expression of the fruit with a subtle and respectful integration of the oak. Serve between 13 and 15ºC.
