 PRODUCTION

Puerto de Indias Strawberry is made with ingredients from different geographical areas to obtain a product of the highest quality. It begins with the maceration of strawberries and other botanicals in high-proof alcohol, which is then distilled in copper stills with more than a century of history in a slow distillation process marked by fire produced with olive wood, going back to the distillation processes of old. Puerto de Indias was born in Sevilla and is the fourth best-selling gin in España. Its classic gin as a base is distilled with a large number of botanicals... juniper, coriander, lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit, and then infused with a delicious strawberry flavor.

 TASTING

Appearance: Translucent light pink color.

Nose: Intense strawberry and juniper aroma adorned with subtle citrus notes.

Palate: Less bitter flavor with hints of citrus along with Andalusian strawberries and juniper berries, smooth and sweet, providing new and stimulating sensations.
