Prosecco is produced with the Martinotti or Charmat method, which provides liveliness, elegance and versatility. A very neutral grape variety grown primarily in the Veneto region of Italy to be used in sparkling wines, frizzante or spumante, from the various Prosecco DOCG and DOC areas.

PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Glera It is a sparkling wine made with Glera grapes and produced uniquely in northwest Italy. La Glera produces wines with a very light body, low sugar content, medium-high acidity and pleasant freshness, making it a very popular option.
TASTING
View: Brilliant golden yellow. Nose: Aroma of green apple, white peach and citrus. Mouth: Fresh, light and pleasantly lively, with a good balance between acidity and sugar.
