PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Glera A very neutral grape variety grown primarily in the Veneto region of Italy to be used in sparkling wines, frizzante or spumante, from the various Prosecco DOCG and DOC areas. Made from the Glera grape variety, which produces wines with a very light body, low sugar content, medium-high acidity and pleasant freshness.
TASTING
View: Brilliant golden yellow. Nose: Aroma of green apple, white peach and citrus. Mouth: Fresh, light and pleasantly lively, with a good balance between acidity and sugar.
