Description
PRODUCTION
Gin Porthos is obtained mainly from the fermentation of barley grains, and the resulting spirit is then distilled with juniper and some botanicals to flavor the product. Its distillation process is carried out in traditional stills several times, in order to obtain a purer alcohol. Finally, the condensed alcohol is collected in liquid form in the cooling system. The production involves a human team committed to the supervision, monitoring, and control of each phase of the process.
TASTING
Appearance: Transparent.
Nose: With pronounced juniper notes.
Palate: It is strong and structured, with a long and persistent finish.
