Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
The wine Pesquera Reserva 2018 is made within the municipality of Pesquera de Duero, facing south at an altitude of more than 800 meters. Poor soils with a lot of depth and a clay base. As for the harvest, the harvest was healthy and of exceptional quality. It is aged for a minimum of 24 months in 225-liter American oak barrels and rests in the bottle before being released to the market.
TASTING
View:
Clean and shiny appearance. Nice cherry red color.
Nose:
Complex and very elegant. Aromas of ripe red and black fruit, balsamic touches, roasted notes such as vanilla and licorice.
Mouth:
Broad, sweet and persistent. Very round and enveloping tannins with fruity memories and very well integrated with the wood. Service temperature: 12°C - 14°C.
