PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Godello.
Paco & Lola Godellois made from the flower must of the best Godello grapes from its vineyards. Vinified according to the traditional method, it stands out for a natural fermentation at low temperature, which lasted for 21 days.
TASTING
View:
Bright yellow color with greenish reflections.
Nose:
Aromas of aromatic herbs, notes of white flowers and light balsamic notes, with very fresh touches of citrus fruits such as grapefruit and lemon peel.
Mouth:
Fresh entry, with good acidity and unctuous. On the palate it is fruity and balanced, with an elegant final bitterness.
Recommended temperature: 5-8ºC.
