The bottle of Nº3 London Dry Gin draws attention with its design: tall, bold and aquamarine, with an embossed silver key, inspired by the key to the Parlor, one of the rooms at the back of the distillery building. Many important decisions were made in that room, including the decision to create this gin.

PRODUCTION
Nº3 London Dry Gin is made from a simple and rigorous recipe that involved 2 years of work with master distillers, the best mixologists and Dr. David Clutton, the only person in the world who has a PhD in gin, searching for high-quality ingredients from around the world. The flavors at the heart of this gin come from Italian juniper berries, mixed with zesty citrus peel and warm spices. The botanicals that compose it are: Italian juniper berries, Uruguayan grapefruit peel, Spanish orange peel, Guatemalan cardamom, Bulgarian coriander and Polish angelica root. It is distilled in a 100-year-old brick-lined copper still.
TASTING
Appearance: Translucent.
Nose: Freshness, with an uplifting welcome of juniper.
Palate: Floral and spicy notes.
