PREPARATION

Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir.

Moët & Chandon N.I.R. Nectar Impérial Dry Roséis made following the traditional method. Its assemblage reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three grape varieties: the intensity of Pinot Noir, the fleshiness of Meunier and the freshness of Chardonnay. The blend is completed by a percentage of 20% to 30% of select reserve wines, which further intensify the mouthfeel, richness and complexity of Champagne.

TASTING

View: Intense coral color with reddish reflections. Small and fine bubble.

 

Nose: Great aromatic intensity. With nuances of red fruit such as strawberry, notes of sweet spices such as vanilla and brown sugar and a certain touch of fresh mint. In addition, we find the characteristic bakery memory, so typical of quality Champagne.

 

Mouth: Very smooth in the mouth. The carbonation is very balanced, which makes the palate delicate and fruity. Memories of red fruits appear again.
