PREPARATION
Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir.
Moët & Chandon Ice Impérialis made with a dosage base of 40-50% Pinot Noir grapes, which gives it its intense fruit flavor and structure; 30-40% Pinot Meunier grapes give it fullness and meatiness, a rich and melting sensation on the mid-palate, and 10-20% Chardonnay grapes make the finish refreshing. From 20% to 30% are reserve wines selected to improve the blend and complete its intensity, richness and consistency.
TASTING
View: Dense deep gold color with amber touches.
Nose: Intense, fruity bouquet. Powerful aroma of tropical fruit (mango and guava), stone fruits (nectarine) and original notes of raspberry.
Mouth: Generous palate that combines roundness and freshness. Broad, meaty and voluptuous flavor of fresh Macedonia, with a captivating sweetness of caramel and quince. Refreshing acidity of the grape and notes of ginger.
