Description
PREPARATION
Super premium artisanal mezcal made from 100% Agave Augustifolia Espadin, produced in San Juan del Río, Oaxaca, Mexico. It is skillfully distilled and aged in the Lopes Sosa palenque, an artisanal production that has been producing this famous distillate for more than 50 years.
TASTING
View: Golden amber in color.
Nose: Aromas of vanilla, coconut and oak. Notes of dates, raisins and mesquite. With a slightly smoky touch.
Mouth:
Walnut and smoked salted caramel, fig and chocolate yam bar flavors. Dry but fruity and with an attractive tingle. Medium-long finish that shows impressions of chocolate mousse.
