Winemaking
Meukow Vanilla is made from a blend of spirits combined with vanilla extracts to provide the drinker with a powerful liqueur that balances fresh floral notes with fruit and sumptuous vanilla. In order to always meet the high level of standard expected from Meukow Cognac, only the heart of the distillate is used for its spirits. What follows is an aging process of at least two years in Limousin oak barrels, which give rich woody flavors to the final product. The combination of rich cognac and sweetness makes this liqueur a must-have in any beverage cabinet.
Tasting notes
View: Golden color.
Nose: Floral and spicy, full of notes of narcissus flower and licorice.
Path: Vanilla dominates the palate, along with candied fruits and soft caramel. The powerful finish brings an explosion of almond and cinnamon.
