A unique blend of figs, dried apricots, raisins, candied oranges, crushed almonds and a splash of rum, this jam brings together the main ingredients of the 13 Christmas desserts in Provence. It is a wonderfully delicate accompaniment to foie gras, whether half-cooked or preserved. From the first jar of jam, Maison Francis Miot grew to acquire a national dimension with the award for Best Jam Maker in France obtained at the International Gesvres Festival in 1987. Today, after receiving numerous titles and awards, it is the most famous jam maker in France. With unmatched talent and experience, their preparation process excels in the art of choosing good, tasty fruit while ensuring a very short cooking time that preserves all the flavors of the fruit.

Fig 55%, cane sugar 36%, rum, apricot, candied oranges, raisins, almond powder, concentrated lemon juice, natural vanilla extract, gelling agent: pectin (fruit).

 

Preservation:
This jam can be kept for 1 month in the refrigerator once opened.
