PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Verdejo
The Verdejo variety grape, the queen variety of the Rueda Denomination of Origin, is the creator of this wine. The vineyards from which the grapes come are planted on trellises, which facilitates the work of caring for the vineyard and its harvest. The pruning that occurs throughout the year guarantees that the grapes grow healthy and uniformly so that when September comes the harvest can be carried out completely normally.
TASTING
View:
A straw yellow color can be seen, with greenish tones, clean and very bright.
Nose:
Aromas of fresh fruit from the tropical banana and pineapple range, in perfect harmony with lavender florals, aniseed touches of fennel and thyme typical of the Verdejo variety and tones of hay and fresh grass
Mouth:
A hint of acidity is appreciated that gives it a notable freshness in perfect harmony with the alcohol that does not stand out, with an elegant fruity sensation and a typical final bitterness typical of the variety.
Recommended temperature: 6º - 8ºC.
