Mussels from the Galician Rías, cooked, fried in olive oil and paired with pickle. With a powerful reddish color, a soft texture and a pickled flavor with vinegary nuances, we recommend you taste the product cold, to appreciate the mussel in its best season. The ideal is to put the can on ice or in the freezer 5-10 minutes before opening it for consumption. Pairs perfectly with beer.
