PREPARATION
Medellín Rum 8 Years Extra Añejo is a rum aged naturally, resting at an altitude of 1500 meters in Quercus Alba oak barrels with ideal conditions for maturation. In the production of this premium rum, virgin honey is used from the valleys of the same region and it is mixed with finer and older rums reserved since 1979. After adding all the ingredients to this splendid rum, it is left to rest in the cellar for 8 years and when it is extracted it does not need sugars or flavorings.TASTING

The flavor at first is somewhat drier than one would expect from its aroma, with a flavor similar to honey and nuts. Notes of nutmeg give it a mild spiciness.
