The latest vintage, Mauro 2021, assembles vineyards from Tudela de Duero and Traspinedo, in the province of Valladolid. Mauro is one of the most reliable brands on the national wine scene. It is a red that has marked a style for its typicality, personality and character. Dominated by Tempranillo, it is persistent, fresh and delicate, without sharp edges. An essential reference. Ideal with grilled meat, creamy rice with mushrooms and garlic rabbit.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 85% Tempranillo, 14% Syrah, 1% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Graciano.
The harvest started on September 8 and lasted for 21 days. The quality of the harvest was outstanding, resulting in concentrated, balanced and fine wines. Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels and foudres of different ages.

Nose:
Fragrant, fresh and expressive. Aromas of red fruit predominate.
Mouth:
Elegant, silky and fresh, with tasty tannins. Service temperature: 16ºC.
