PREPARATION
To make Ron Matusalem Insólitoa batch of a limited number of the brand's best rums has been used, which have first been filtered with charcoal and aged three years in a solera of Tempranillo wine barrels. Later, they combine it with Matusalem Gran Reserva 15 to create an incredible Oxidized Rosado Rum.
TASTING
View: Provençal pink color with gold and silver tones.
Nose: Aroma of vanilla, noble woods and delicate fruits.
Mouth: Flavor of vanilla, butter, red fruits and licorice. It has a buttery finish with hints of toasted bread and red fruits that harmonize with the remaining tannins of the wine.
