Matarromera Crianza 2020 / 2021 75cl.
Matarromera Crianza is, apart from being an excellent Ribera del Duero, it is almost a cult. A wine with its own history, its first vintage, 1994, won the title Best Wine in the World in the Competition of the International Wine Organization of Spain (OIVE). Therefore, this 100% Tempranillo is one of the hallmarks of Bodega Matarromera, located in Valbuena de Duero and stands out for the ripeness of the fruit and its aging in French and American oak barrels, where it provides an intense and tasty flavor. Perfect for any wine lover who values, above all, elegance and seeks a safe value. Enjoy it with cheese and Iberian ham, any type of meat, pasta dishes or rice. Awards and recognitions:

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
The grapes used to make Matarromera Crianza red wine come from vineyards very close to the Duero River that produce high-quality grapes. They are located in the areas of Olivares and Valbuena de Duero, in Valladolid, one of the most suitable areas for the cultivation and processing of vines that exist in Spain. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks for 10-14 days at 28ºC and rested for 14 months in selected French and American oak barrels, with fine grain and soft toast, to fully respect the expression of the fruit. After aging, it went to the bottle for 12 months where it completed its refining until it was ready to taste. The first vintage of Bodega Matarromera obtained the Grand Gold Medal at the International Wine Competition, which was an incredible starting point for a story full of success.
