PREPARATION
It is created from the iconic process of two parallel distillations and subsequent blending used to make Martin Miller's Gin, but now with the addition of a third distillation. This additional step uses botanicals characteristic of the spring and summer seasons of England and Iceland: Arctic thyme and English rosemary, as a tribute to the brand's dual origin. Finally, the English distillate is mixed with the purest water from the springs of Iceland, which gives it the purity and softness that characterize it. Only the distillation hearts are used.TASTING
