Winemaking
Martell XO is the House's interpretation of the prestigious Grande Champagne terroir. A prestigious blend of Grande Champagne and Borderies spirits, balancing the power and intensity that has been Maison Martell's signature for over 300 years. The youngest cognac in the blend has been aged for at least six years in fine-grained oak barrels, which give off sweet, balanced aromas and give the cognac notes of vanilla, dried fruits, red fruits, chutney and dried flowers. With its bold design and intense flavor, Martell XO is an expression of the bold spirit of Maison Martell, with a bold and charismatic personality, which is reflected in the striking arch of its bottle.
Tasting notes

Golden amber color with dark copper and mahogany reflections.
Nose:
A peppery, spicy sensation with notes of black and pink pepper and coriander, completed by rich aromas of fig, walnut and sandalwood.
Path:
Intense notes of figs, red fruits and black currant buds give full expression to the power and delicacy of Grande Champagne spirit, giving rise to an exceptionally long and robust finish.
