Description
PRODUCTION
Made using eaux-de-vie averaging two years old, Martell VS is a young but promising cognac. Its fresh and fruity notes provide the perfect base for cocktails.
Martell VS Single Distillery combines spirits from a single distillation source in the French Cognac region to achieve a richer and more intense expression of the Martell distillation style. Martell is the only major cognac house that double-distills exclusively clear wines, from which all sediment has been removed, to preserve the authentic fruity aromas of the grapes and reveal their incredible subtlety. These are the hallmarks of the Martell style.
TASTING
Appearance: Bright golden color.
Nose: Intense notes of fruit and restrained spices with the freshness of lemon, fresh pear and saffron. Notes of wood from fine-grain oak barrels.
Palate: Hints of wood and spices with pleasant freshness and a velvety texture.
