Description
PREPARATION
Cubical Mango is a smooth and complex gin, thanks to the balance between botanicals and the selected tropical fruit, the mango. It is produced with English wheat and pure spring water, as well as botanicals that impart flavor: in addition to the inevitable juniper, sweet orange and also, of course, mango. The essences are macerated in pure alcohol to release their color and flavor notes, after which the distillation process begins, in which the spirit is purified three times in century-old copper stills. The result is a gin that, due to the warm color of the mango and its flavor, transports us to a tropical environment.
