Mala Vida 2021 comes from the Arráez Winery, located in Font de la Figuera, province of Valencia. It was built on three old wineries owned by private winegrowers. Located in a privileged environment, the natural area of Terres Dels Alforins, it has been renovated and adapted to new production and packaging techniques over time. We currently have modern production facilities, a bottling line equipped with the latest technologies and a high-quality wine aging room. In this way, we maintain our wine tradition combining it with the latest oenological techniques. Bold presentation of this red wine, modern with body and freshness. The label has been designed by Francesca Della Croce. It is a representation of the Good Bad Life. Recommended to accompany all types of meals, from the simplest to the most elaborate.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 30% Monastrell, 30% Tempranillo, 20% Syrah, 20% Cabernet
The Mala Vida 2021 Red Wine has been made in vineyards between 15 and 30 years old in a calcareous soil, which is poor in organic matter. The harvest is done manually and is usually the last week of August. Its production and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 28ºC for 25-30 days. Once made, it is left to rest for 8 months in French Taransaud and American, Victoria and Intona oak barrels.
TASTING
View:
It has a cherry red color, medium-high layer, very bright and clean.
Nose:
Aromas of great intensity, among which ripe red fruits stand out on a background of spices and toast.
Mouth:
On the palate it is very pleasant and silky with delicious tannins that linger in the mouth and invite you to repeat it. Recommended temperature: between 12 ºC and 14 ºC.
