PREPARATION

Loch Lomond Reserve is a blend made from malt whiskey and grain whiskey distilled and matured on the banks of Loch Lomond. The barrels used for maturation are chosen to provide the final result with a mature whiskey with character that, once mixed, produces a very well-balanced composition with a perfect finish. The Loch Lomond Distillery creates the finest single malt Scotch whiskeys with long fermentation and then distillation in their unique straight neck and more traditional spirit stills. The result is a palette of delicious spirit flavors ranging from fruity and sweet, rich and complex to smoky and spicy. These wonderful spirits are then blended with great care and skill by master blender Michael Henry to create his award-winning single malts.

TASTING

View: Light amber color with golden sparkles.

Nose: Nuances of orange marmalade, warm bread and flowers.

Mouth: Deep and full-bodied, with fruity notes just behind the broad malt notes. It is broad and unctuous with sweet notes of ginger, which little by little give way to a softer sweetness that opens up floral flavors. It has a perfectly smooth finish.
