PREPARATION

Specht Pampelmuse is made from fine German vodka and grapefruit, with no added sugar, so all the alcohol comes from the fermentation of the fruit. The distillation process is developed to the point where the aroma and taste of the fruit is maintained. The cross between grapefruit and orange not only has a pulp rich in vitamins, but also a balanced sweet and sour note. The Specht fruit distillery was founded in 1910 in Leutebach (Baden-Württemberg) by Friedrich Specht. In 1976, August Ernst and the Specht fruit distillery began working together. In 1980, August Ernst took over all shares in the Specht fruit distillery. With first-class liqueurs and fruit spirits from Specht, August Ernst not only satisfies southern taste desires.

TASTING

Nose: Citrus and vibrant aromas.

Mouth: Slightly acidic and mostly dry flavor of vodka, with citrus notes, soft grapefruit and lemon peel.
