PREPARATION

Sambuca Molinari Caffè is born from the tradition of correct coffee, a perfect agreement between the typical Italian liqueur Sambuca Molinari and a selected coffee blend. It is made with essential oils obtained from the steam distillation of star anise seeds, which gives the liquor a strong anise perfume, soluble in alcohol in its purest form, to which a concentrated solution of sugar and other natural aromas have been added, which on this occasion combine it with a mixture of various types of coffee and other ingredients that can also be considered to give it that added touch, a family secret that makes this product unique, with its own personality.

TASTING

View: Dark brown color with orange and gold reflections.

Nose: Intense aroma. The roasted coffee and the pleasant aroma of anise are immediately recognizable.

Mouth: Enveloping and warm flavor: you notice the perfect harmony of coffee and anise, in the end the flavor of the coffee prevails.
