PREPARATION
The recipe for Sambuca Molinari has been kept secret, passing down only one family member from generation to generation. Its main ingredient is star anise, whose seeds are distilled to obtain their essential oils, which are infused in alcohol and a mixture of herbs, spices and sugar syrup. After the decanting process, it is filtered and bottled.
