Efe Fresh Grapes Raki is the first raki from Turkey, an aniseed liquor made with fresh grapes instead of sultanas, which manifests a well-marked freshness and softness, is fruity and has a balanced aniseed aroma that can be enjoyed even by the most demanding raki consumer. Efe Fresh Grapes can be enjoyed together with nuts, melon and all seafood, ideal for after dinner due to its digestive properties. According to tradition, fill 1/3 of your glass with Efe, add a little water and ice cubes. You can decorate it with mint leaves to give it a fresh summer touch. Efe fresh grapes is the Premium and milder version of Classic Blue Efe.

Description

PREPARATION

Efe Fresh Grapes Raki is made from fresh grapes that ripen under the Aegean sun. Selected premium grapes and anise seeds from the coast of Türkiye give Efe Raki its distinctive flavor and unmistakable aroma. The alcohol is distilled by selecting grapes from the Aegean region and redistilled in copper stills with anise seeds to achieve a unique recipe. The formula of Efe Fresh Grapes is based on the smoothness and fruity flavor of fresh grape alcohol compared to dried grape alcohol (sultanas). Sultanas have been the main raw material for raki until the launch of Efe Fresh Grapes.
