PREPARATION
Rabarbaro Zucca was born in 1919 by Carlo Zucca, founder of the brand, who found in the old record of his predecessor Ettore, a small recipe handwritten by his wife, Tilde: following the advice of his doctor, he used to prepare a special infusion of rhubarb and medicinal herbs to help his poor digestion. At that time he began to develop his recipe from the root of the true Chinese rhubarb, which grows only in the mountainous regions of Kansu province, and a secret selection of rare herbs.
