Description
PREPARATION
The French liqueur Pastis 51 Rose is made, in the same way as Pastis 51, by maceration of Chinese star anise, Provencal aromatic plants, fennel, oriental licorice and African kola nut and is infused with natural extracts of red fruits, which provides a fruity flavor without neglecting the refreshing touch provided by anise.
The history of Pastis 51 dates back to 1951 when the ban on anise-based aperitifs was lifted.

Intense strawberry red color.
Nose:
Notes of pink grapefruit, strawberry, currant and raspberry.
Mouth:
Delicious combination between the flavor of anise and extracts of different red fruits.
