PREPARATION
Pacharán Olatz is made with water, sloe infusion, sugar, alcohol and anise distillate, by macerating carefully selected sloes in anise. This liqueur is produced by the Marie Brizard company, whose origins date back to 1755, when she founded the company in Bordeaux with her nephew Jean-Baptiste Roger and whose quality seal ensures that this drink is perfect for all types of occasions.
TASTING
View: Very clean and bright reddish color.
Nose: Aromatic and complex, with fruity aromas.
Mouth: On the palate it is soft and elegant, with a medium body, light acidity and a flavor of sloes. Persistent ending.
