Description
PREPARATION
Etxeko Patxarana is made based on the traditional recipe of the Belasco Family, a recipe consolidated due to the long experience of Destilerías La Navarra. In this Pacharán you get a less sweet mixture than other pacharanes, thanks to the low percentage of sugar in the anise in the mixture. The sloes with which it is made come mainly from Navarre plantations controlled directly by the Regulatory Council of Pacharán Navarro.
TASTING
View: Intense red color with light brick tones.
Nose: Fruity aromas with anise nuances.
Mouth: Characteristic sloe flavor of pacharán, with a certain sweetness balanced by a touch of acidity and the bitterness of the fruit. Softer than others, thanks to its sweet palate, which reduces the astringency of the fruit.
