PREPARATION

The Axunqueira Honey Pomace Liqueur is made from the highest quality pomace from Destilerías Belmonte, artisanally distilled in a copper still to selectively extract the aromatic components in the pomace mixed with Mediterranean honey.
Belmonte Destilerías is a family business founded in 1920 by Don Joaquín Belmonte. In its beginnings, the manufacturing was, fundamentally, Anís Belmontito, Coffee and Mint Liqueur, with the Beso de Novia and Belmonte Brandy liqueur being its great specialty. There are three generations devoted to the production of products, currently counting almost a hundred references between liquors and distillates.

TASTING

Amber color with copper trim. Bright and clean.

Nose:
Fine, delicate aroma. They highlight the aromatic nuances of natural honey. Intense and persistent aroma.

Mouth:
Slightly sweet, balanced and fresh. With good acidity. Flavor of balsamic and herbaceous notes.
