PREPARATION
The Ruavieja Coffee Liqueur is made with top quality coffees and Ruavieja brandy, following traditional methods. The winery has remained faithful to the traditional production practices for this delicious liquor, however, in recent years it has incorporated modern and rigorous quality controls with the aim of maintaining the flavor and qualities that have made this liquor famous worldwide. The history of Ruavieja dates back to 1889, when the Rodríguez Ovalle winegrowing family began to shape a secret that has remained intact for four generations. The secret of a life dedicated to the production of top quality liqueurs and spirits from the best selected Galician pomace.
TASTING
View: Dark brown color.
Nose: Aromas of sweet toffee and ground coffee.
Mouth: Intense and elegant. It has a creamy texture and a marked bitter coffee flavor.
