Description
PREPARATION
The Orujo Blanco Xantiamen is made from a special and careful assembly of pomace spirits and wine spirits. Both spirits have been obtained from bagasse and selected wines, distilled by traditional methods.
TASTING
View: Crystalline.
Nose: Of great aromatic intensity, characteristic notes of the pomace brandy are perceived combined with the wine notes from the wine brandy and light notes of ripe fruits.
Mouth: In the mouth it is dry, fine and without edges. Very balanced.
